Mathematics through an engineering lens
I do not believe in shortcuts when it comes to learning mathematics. What matters most to me is a strong foundation, consistency, and a genuine understanding of the material. I hold a degree in power engineering, and since 2014 I have been teaching mathematics to school pupils, high school students, and university students, including those following more demanding and less conventional academic paths.
I specialise in working with students on international programmes such as IB, MYP, A-Levels, and GCSE, as well as those preparing for exams like SAT and GMAT.
My teaching is centered on developing the kind of thinking that allows students to solve problems independently. It matters to me that a student does not simply arrive at the correct answer, but understands the reasoning behind it, can justify their decisions, and uses the tools available to them with intention. This approach is especially effective where expectations are high and goals are ambitious.
As a neurodivergent person myself, I also work with particular sensitivity and understanding with students with autism, ADHD, and dyslexia. I place great importance on clear structure, an appropriate pace of work, and a style of communication tailored to the individual. This allows learning to be both demanding and well organised, while remaining effective and sustainable.
All lessons are taught online within a structured model built around clarity and real progress. After each session, the student receives a complete set of materials, and the entire process is designed to make learning modern, efficient, and results-focused.
